Tune Alone

Hmmm, this is a big topic I spontaneously wanted to talk about. As if kaam Kam nahi hein, priorities uchal nahi rahe, I'm here. Yeah sure. But wait,...nothing to worry about. Say, things will come out as they do and that's about it. The funny bit is the "After all, we're..." thing, so we won't stop worrying and start relaxing/releasing. I mean, worrying about not writing the worries yet is a great combo.

By the way, a YT video upload is on the way. With the great sneezing game from yesterday and gearing up for what's on the prospective plate, it’ll pop up a bit late.

How I met my music (mUSic/mUsic maniac), my collection:

Tune O Rangeela (ecstasy ambience), Mere Dil Ye Pukar e Aaja, Tum Na Jaane, Aaja Ke Intezaar, Tere Duniye Se Door, Meri Soni and many songs I barely listened to, compared with Dhaaruni raajyasampada (and every inch of Paandava vanavaasam) & Dakshayagnam. They were it and lit. The rage, the emotion and the strength in them have always been tremendous. Emo Emo Idi? it's as if I'm indebted to it forever.

Kaha Se Aaye Badra was the anthem. Kaun Aaya Mere Man and Tu Pyaar Ka Sagar are his faves. As I grew a bit older (younger than 12 for sure), it was Lava Kusa.

Commando theme music, Conan the Barbarian soundtracks, Predator theme, Kickboxer, Bloodsport (especially Flashback Montage) and nearly all Bruce Lee films' soundtracks. Rocky main theme too (including the version that begins with C). Rambo's It's a Long Road, though? I avoided it back then like uh, no no. Expect more Rocky 4's training montage, War theme, Big Boss, Enter the Dragon, Fist of Fury and Game of Death theme title.

I remember being sad about dad not returning home, so I immediately jumped onto that 🛋 with Godfather theme music on board. Godfather and Bob Acri's Sleep Away took me toward some 60s-70s Hollywood. Add Scarface here, along with Chase soundtrack and Jan Hammer gems.

And oh my, Dancing Queen is the most eye-watering / melancholic song everrrr! Winner Takes It All is more…melancholy. A melancholic bop? Lay All Your Love On Me! Real McCoy’s Another Night and some of the La Bouche mixes make me teary-eyed.

You're the Best (whewww), What a Feeling (whew), Fame, Angie's Heart, 100 Years, You Can Win If You Want, Jet Airliner (and a good number of Modern Talking songs), Travel to Romantis, Sunset in Southern California, "Say, Say, Say" (all alone...waiting for you baby -- part), Liberian Girl, Love Is a Battlefield, Angel of the City, You Came, With a Little Love, Just for You (Spargo if you curious), True Faith, Big in Japan, Smooth Criminal, It's My Life, PhotoPlay, Burning in the Third Degree, Geronimo's Cadillac, Lambada, Telephone Call and Model (this one additionally reminds me of May 22nd, '22) etc.

So, it's about the tune. Isolate it. That's the emphasis.

By the way, Rhim Jhim Gire Saawan is mom's go-to. I mean, how fine was it, is it, and will it be? She loved (and loves....) it, but for me it was under that unlistenable melancholic category. And Aap Ki Nazron Ne Samjha is in dad's bag, no less there.

Don't You Want Me and Fade to grey? Ooh la la. Mixed emotions.

Recently, it's John Barry, and Percy Faith. We Have All the Time in the World was probably in the unlistenable category back in those days.
