What you can do is :

Sort it by Name (if, say, pictures were named in an alphabetical or numerical way that you need) Group by Type

You may need to apply those to every folder as such.

And let the green one slide to the fullest.

Spend some time walking and doing something else. Make sure you do that and before doing so, keep it opened so that thousands of files feel present. Keep on peepin. Often, it was definitely consuming to work on this, but it's fine now, particularly since, hmmm, I feel there are those that aren't needed, and its better not take any chance to review all those PPTs/stuff done long ago thinking they could have it. Directly choose those feels and work on the fresh vpbs (3-4 of them. remember?).
